Take Me Home

Take Me Home is an application for the iPhone and iPod Touch with one simple goal: to get you home.  When you start it, it gets your current location and then takes you to the Maps application, already filled out with a map to your home location. It stores your home location, so getting home is never more than a click away!  You can download it on iTunes — Take Me Home is free on the App Store.
